Visited the Four Winds last evening. Typical casino stale smoke smell. Although presentation is adequate, menu items, flavors and taste are well below standard. Beef was tough if not down right raw, some entrees cooked until the item was falling part or unrecognizable, salad section needs a lesson from Old Country Buffet.
